Susan is a wonderful trainer! She is an engaging speaker and a very approachable person. She made sure to answer our questions thoroughly before moving on so all staff felt comfortable with each topic and she really did make the longer training sessions fly past by keeping it interesting for us. Susan has extensive knowledge on all of the training she provides and has vast experience in her field. We had initially met Susan when she worked with another company and were so pleased to hear that she now works independently - she was always our favourite trainer!
